Update: Ooops... (Week #14-15)

Roughly two weeks have gone by since I have put any actual updates or posts on here.  I had been doing pretty decent with keeping the exercise and food logs up to date, until about two Fridays ago (the 17th of June).  Keep on reading if you're interested to know what happened...

Update - Month #3 (Week #13)

So I did not meet the goal I had set for 204.5 lbs.  I did not meet my secondary goal of "below 207".  I did, however, learn a few things about my approach and potentially maintaining my sanity.

Rant and Realization

I've come to a bummer of a realization.  I really don't like eating salads for lunch and dinner every day.  I change up the ingredients a bit for each; tuna and diced apple in the salad at lunch that I eat at work (made at home), and teriyaki chicken with avocado and possibly a hard boiled egg , at home.

"What are you getting at already?  Nobody likes eating nothing but salads day in and day out."

Quasi-Update (Week #11)..stuff

Confession time.  The past week or two, I haven't been on top of my "proper" eating habits like I had been trying to be.  Nor have I been on top of the exercising like I had been trying be.
