The point of this page is simple. A running list of my goals and if / when they've been met. This list will be updated as necessary.

My Short Term Goals
Lose 20-30 pounds by May 10th(May 8th , 214.6 - that's ~20 lbs)Jog all the way to work(June 21st)- Lose 10 pounds per month (until my body hits a stable point)

My Medium Term Goals
- Rehab my hands back to the point that I can do push-ups, on the regular
- Rehab my hands back to the point of doing 20+ push-ups w/no pain
- Be able to knock out multiple pull-up exercises (types & quantity)
My Long Term Goals
Be at least as fit as the guys a friend of mine calls ex's(forget this, see next goal)- Be significantly more fit than my friends ex's (ego much?)
- Be able to do the "Human Flag" pose
- Be able to do Planches (not sure if spelled / verbed right)
