Project: 2016 Goals

List of Goals
The point of this page is simple.  A running list of my goals and if / when they've been met.  This list will be updated as necessary.

Goals of the Blog:
  • Share my personal ups and downs
  • Motivate / Inspire Others
  • Keep myself accountable


My Short Term Goals
  • Lose 20-30 pounds by May 10th (May 8th , 214.6 - that's ~20 lbs) 
  • Jog all the way to work (June 21st)
  • Lose 10 pounds per month (until my body hits a stable point)

My Medium Term Goals
  • Rehab my hands back to the point that I can do push-ups, on the regular
  • Rehab my hands back to the point of doing 20+ push-ups w/no pain
  • Be able to knock out multiple pull-up exercises (types & quantity)


My Long Term Goals
  • Be at least as fit as the guys a friend of mine calls ex's (forget this, see next goal)
  • Be significantly more fit than my friends ex's (ego much?)
  • Be able to do the "Human Flag" pose
  • Be able to do Planches (not sure if spelled / verbed right)
