Starting June 13th, I decided to start logging a rough outline of my exercising habits - in some form or another. This is a tad different from what I was doing during months 1-3, but I was also still figuring a few things out, and still working on being able to use my hands more. So, as of June 13th, I started re-incorporating DDP Yoga into my life. Regardless of my physical position, I will always swear by DDP Yoga, and testify to it's effectiveness of everything it claims to be. I'll put further details on my decisions, etc.. into actual blog posts - as things may change a bit from the creation of this page, to a given point in time.
To the left, is the routine of the jog/walk I do during my lunch at work (the red circles indicate the spots that I do the leaning push-ups at)
